This is a message God has ordained for me to share with whosoever can hear it. It is a prophecy of what He has planned to do and it will affect every person’s life on Earth. Below the video is the text of the message for those who do not want to listen to me read it.
The text will need edited when I have time, in the meanwhile…
God gave me this revelation of prophecy about 15 years ago. Through all the ups and downs over the years, I’ve went from chomping at the bit to share this, to rejecting this calling, to playing like Moses and asking God to send someone else to preach it – this should have been a Billy Graham or John Hagee or some other famous preacher’s message. I’ve argued, “Lord, I’m a nobody, a sinner – they’re not going to listen to me.” But it was the Lord who wouldn’t listen to my excuses. So here I am, sharing it at this time for the purpose God has prepared. People would not have accepted this message 15 years ago, but the Spirit of the Lord has called me to preach it at a time such as this.
When I say the Lord has given me a revelation of prophecy, I say it with my life at risk. If we go by the test of a prophet in Deuteronomy 18, this is what the Lord says, “A prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, is to be put to death. You may say to yourselves, ‘How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the Lord?’ If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the Lord does not take place or come true, that is a message the Lord has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously, so do not be alarmed.”
So, I lay my life down on this truth of this message. And I tell you now, regardless of the outcome of this message, the purpose of it is that when these things come to pass, you will know the Lord has declared them beforehand.
There’s no way gentle way to say this, so I’ll be blunt. The prophecy is this, God has raised up Russia and China to pour out His wrath on America by completely destroying her with a nuclear attack.
I know that’s a heavy load. I’ve had a lot more time to process that, so I’m going to continue on and say what the Lord would have me to say about the matter.
The Lord is going to bring on the earth the second greatest disaster that has ever happened; second only to the great flood of Noah’s day in which mankind was wiped off the face of the Earth. This disaster will affect the life of every person living on Earth. You would think a tragedy of this proportion would be spoken of in the Bible, and it is. I’m going to walk you through what the Bible says this great tragedy will look like, but first I need to explain some things to help you understand what is to come.
And let me preface this by saying, I have a sermon style akin to a mystery movie. I throw you into the storyline and drop clues along the way and tie it all together at the end. You may get lost on the journey, but it will make sense in the end.
Typology in Christian study of the Bible is doctrine or theory concerning the relationship of the Old Testament to the New Testament. These are things such as events, persons, or statements that take place in the Old Testament and foreshadow events or aspects of Christ or his ministry described in the New Testament. The Old Testament is full of many types of the coming of Jesus Christ in the New Testament.
I have a few examples.
Right before one of the most famous verses of all time, John 3:16, Christ said in John 3:14 and 15, “Like Moses raised the serpent in the wilderness, so shall the Son of Man be lifted up, that everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life.” In the wilderness, the Israelites sinned against God when they spoke against Him and Moses. The Lord then sent venomous snakes among the Israelites that bit and killed many of them. When the people asked Moses to take the snakes away, God told him to make a bronze snake and put it up on a pole and that when anyone was bitten, they could look towards the snake and be saved. The bronze serpent Moses raised up was a foreshadowing and a type of Christ. It was looking towards the lifted serpent that saved those who were bitten by the snakes just as looking towards Christ on the cross and believing in Him is the key to our salvation.
In another example, Christ was sold for thirty pieces of silver just as Israel’s son Joseph was sold for twenty pieces of silver. Joseph was one of thirteen (if you include his sister Dinah), and was betrayed and sold by his brother Judah into captivity, just as Christ was one of thirteen, if you count His disciples, and was betrayed and sold into captivity by his brother in the faith, Judas. God used Joseph to save Israel and his family, as well as all the countries that came to buy grain in Egypt, just as Jesus saved Israel and all the nations that turn to Him. Joseph was a foreshadowing and a type of the Christ to come.
Christ is also typified in the different offerings described in Leviticus. A burnt offering of sheep is to have its inner parts washed with water to make them clean before being offered for a sacrifice. When the sacrificial Christ is pierced with the spear on the cross, water and blood pour from the wound. When a grain offering is made to the Lord, the giver is to pour oil and incense on it and take it to Aaron’s sons the priests. This was done to Jesus before His death when the woman broke the alabaster jar and anointed Him with the fragrant spikenard oil. He was later captured and taken to the high priest of Aaron’s lineage before being condemned. The sacrifices were a foreshadowing of the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
John the Apostle said of Jesus, “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.” There are so many more ways about how Jesus is the Word made flesh. I used three examples: an object, the bronze serpent, a person, Joseph, and a ritual, the sacrificial offerings to typify the coming Christ. The reason I pointed these out is because the Bible speaks the same way about end-times prophecies by giving an Old Testament type of what is to come.
The word Apocalypse is taken from the Greek word Apokalypsis which literally means “an uncovering” and it signifies a disclosure of knowledge or a revelation of information. The Greek name for the Book of Revelation is Apokalypsis Ioannou (pronounced EE-oh-an-oo) which translates literally into John’s Revelation. We commonly understand the term “Apocalypse” to mean the end of the world. When it was written by John the Divine, it was a prophetic book whose name and purpose was to uncover or disclose the things to come in Jesus Christ. John gives a discourse on what he has seen pertaining to events that will transpire on the Earth before the return of Jesus Christ. He speaks of many world-changing catastrophes that will affect humanity. I’m going to focus on one of those, the fall of the great city of Babylon.
I wish I had time to fully expound on this, but I don’t. A lot of my scripture readings will be cherry-picked for what’s most relevant with the time I have. Revelation 17 and 18 cryptically describes the future Babylon. Starting in chapter 17: “Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the judgment of the great prostitute who is seated on many waters, with whom the kings of the earth have committed sexual immorality, and with the wine of whose sexual immorality the dwellers on earth have become drunk.” And he carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness, and I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was full of blasphemous names, and it had seven heads and ten horns. The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and jewels and pearls, holding in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the impurities of her sexual immorality. And on her forehead was written a name of mystery: “Babylon the great, mother of prostitutes and of earth’s abominations.”
In the Old Testament, there was a Babylon, spoken of in Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel and other prophets, which conquered Israel and brought the Israelites into captivity. This ancient Babylon is a type of the future Babylon to come in Revelation. Ancient Babylon was a city of merchants and wealth, it was a dominant superpower that traveled land and sea to conquer and integrate foreign lands, it was a land of images and idols worshipped by people, it was a proud nation, and it was ultimately destroyed and overthrown by a northern army that completely annihilated her by means of a surprise attack.
Here are some verses that show the similarities from old Babylon in the Old Testament to new Babylon in Revelation and the similarities are notable:
Jeremiah 51:13 – “You who live by many waters and are rich in treasures, your end has come, the time for you to be destroyed.”
Rev 17:1 – “Come, I will show you the judgment of the notorious prostitute who sits on many waters.”
Jer 51:6 – “Flee from the midst of Babylon; let everyone save his life! Do not be cut off in her punishment, for this is the time of the Lord‘s vengeance, the repayment he is rendering her.”
Rev 18:4,5 – “Then I heard another voice from heaven say: ‘Come out of her, my people, so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues; for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her crimes.”
Jer 51:7 – ” Babylon was a golden cup in the Lord‘s hand, making all the earth drunk; the nations drank of her wine; therefore the nations went mad.”
Rev 17:4 – “The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries.”
Isaiah 47:5 – “Sit in silence, go into darkness, Daughter of the Babylonians, no more will you be called queen of kingdoms.”
Rev 18:7 – “In her heart she boasts, ‘I sit as queen; I am not a widow, and I will never mourn.’”
Isaiah 21:9 – “‘Babylon has fallen, has fallen. All the images of its gods lie shattered on the ground!’”
Jer 51:8 – “Suddenly Babylon has fallen and been broken; wail for her!”
Rev 18:2 – “With a mighty voice the angel shouted: ‘Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!’”
The two visions are one and the same. What happened to Babylon in the past will happen to Babylon in the future. So, I ask a rhetorical question, Who is this future Babylon?
The United States of America is, by any measure, the wealthiest, most powerful and most influential country in the history of the world. America is the world’s leading economy with more than a quarter of the world’s annual gross domestic product and has military personnel stationed in over 150 nations on Earth.
Doesn’t it make sense that the wealthiest, most powerful and most influential country in the history of the world would be mentioned in Bible prophecy somewhere if they play a role in end-times events? I’ve calculated that 11% of the Book of Revelation deals with the future kingdom of Babylon. A rich kingdom; an extremely powerful and extremely influential kingdom as evidenced in Revelation 17 : “The kings of the Earth committed sexual immorality with her, and those who live on the earth became drunk on the wine of her sexual immorality”, “And the woman you saw is the great city that has an empire over the kings of the Earth”; this future Babylon is also a diverse kingdom : “The waters you saw where the prostitute is seated, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and languages.”
In Revelation 18, Babylon is a kingdom that has made rich all the merchants and all who do business by sea. And so is America.
How can anyone defeat this end-times Babylon that is so strong, so wealthy, and so influential? In chapter 17, it continues “The 10 horns you saw, and the Beast, will hate the prostitute (Babylon). They will make her desolate and naked, devour her flesh, and burn her up with fire. For God has put it into their hearts to carry out His plan by having one purpose and to give their kingdom to the beast until God’s words are accomplished.” In chapter 18 it says, “God has remembered her crimes,” and “She will be burned up with fire, because the Lord God who judges her is mighty.” And if we refer back to the ancient Babylon, we read over and over again it is the Lord who is bringing judgment against Babylon.
Babylon is a proud city who thinks they’re invincible and untouchable, much like America. She speaks of herself in chapter 18 and “she says in her heart, ‘I sit as a queen; I am not a widow, and I will never see grief.” The judgment is then pronounced against her: “For this reason her plagues will come in one day – death and grief and famine. She will be burned up with fire.”
In Jeremiah 51 the Lord says, “Even if Babylon reaches the sky and fortifies her lofty stronghold, I will send destroyers against her.”
God has in times past punished entire nations because of the sins of their leaders. We see this with Pharaoh preceding the Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt. The entire nation was destroyed by the plagues God sent through Moses and Egypt paid the price for the sins of their leadership. We see this type of punishment again with King David. When he sinned against God by counting the people of Israel in 2 Samuel, God gave him a choice of what his punishment should be: three years of famine, three months of fleeing from his enemies, or three days of plague. David chose the third option and the Lord punished Israel with a plague that killed 70,000 men from the far northern end of the country to the far southern end. A third example of God doing this is detailed in 2 Kings 24. It states that King Jehoiakim rebelled against Nebuchadnezzar and that he crushed the rebellion. It goes on to explain, “Surely these things happened to Judah according to the Lord’s command, in order to remove them from his presence because of the sins of Manasseh and all he had done, including the shedding of innocent blood. For he had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the Lord was not willing to forgive.” Manasseh was king 34 years prior and he had engaged in the child sacrifice worship of Moloch as well as the worship of Baal and Asherah and the host of Heaven.
God punished Israel, time and time again for their rebellion and for their idolatry and for their criminal, sinful ways. If God will judge those He has chosen, how much more will He judge other nations? We know in Jonah that God is desirous to give a nation opportunity to repent, but even so, the Ninevites repentance only postponed their destruction for 150 years. It was the king of Nineveh that made the difference. The king of the Ninevites put on sackcloth and called on all the people to fast and cry out to God for deliverance. I’m afraid we will not see such humble leadership in this country. What was all the Ninevites’ wealth and prestige and property worth when they were going to be destroyed by the Living God and no one would be able to save them? They had a king, that I believe, was aware of the power of the Israelite’s God. But he also must have known about the grace of God and made a decision to call out to the Lord in humility and the Lord showed His immense grace on the people of Nineveh because they had what I consider a very wise king.
Unfortunately for us, the leadership in America has their hands in every criminal and despicable thing you can imagine. We hear and see and read about the corruption of this government every day and each story of corruption is more dastardly than the one before it. The US has made many strange bedfellows over the years, including many criminal and terrorist organizations. The US has brought to power such Islamic extremist groups as the Taliban, Al-Qaeda, ISIS, and others. The US has promoted Wahabi Salafism through its ties with Saudi Arabia. It has trained and armed death squads in Central America. It has worked to overthrow the democratically-elected governments of many nations in the world through regime change policies and it has interfered with the election processes of these countries. It has been involved in illegal war operations against countries that never even attacked us. I could go on and on about the American government’s crimes of war but I don’t need to. I just mentioned a few to bring to light the fact that it’s all these crimes and force projection that has brought America to have around 600 military bases in 74 countries, with over 300,000 active-duty personnel deployed in more than 150 countries. For contrast, the next country with foreign military bases has about 10. A military can rightfully be used to defend a nation, and a military can be used to conquer. It’s quite clear what our leadership has used our military for over the decades.
I can remember when I was younger, in 6th-7th grade, I had first heard about the atomic bombs being dropped on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I was very interested in these events and began to read everything I could about nuclear weapons and their effects. I became very interested in what was happening in the world in the geopolitical theater. I became a watcher and major consumer of news of what was happening in the political landscape as well as the internationally in regards to war and conflict development of world superpowers. I’ve read and saw alarming developments over the years that are reaching an apex. As the years went by, I realized God made me a watchman for the revealing of this prophecy.
Aside from our wars, America is a land full of innocent blood from the roughly 50 million legalized abortions that have taken place in every state of our Union. When I say that, I’m not presenting it as a hot-button political topic. I’m saying it’s evil. Like the lyrics of a song from the rock band Creed, “Only in America we kill the unborn to make ends meet.” That pretty much sums it up. A child sacrifice to the God of Mammon, the God of money. And I doubt King Manasseh sacrificed anywhere close to that number of innocent children.
America is also, if anyone is, the mother of harlots. The amount of pornography and sexual hedonism and evil we export from Hollywood, and from home these days, has become an America tagline: “Sex sells.” We even had a television show called American Idol. How much more flagrant can you be about it?
All these things play a role in what God is doing to ensure His will is done. Do you think every Egyptian knew what was going on in Pharoah’s courtroom between Pharaoh and Moses as their country was being destroyed? Do you think the Israelites knew what David had done to provoke the Lord as their entire nation was being ravaged by the plague? You’re in the dark as to what your nation’s leadership is doing behind closed doors. And yet the Lord’s purpose will stand and will be fulfilled. Whether it’s through America tempting fate by using low-yield nuclear weapons on the battlefield, or it’s an attack on China due to China’s expansionism in the South China Sea, or a conflict with Russia in Syria that expands into an all-out war, or an attack on North Korea’s sovereignty – any of which will bring Russia, China, and North Korea, along with their allies, into a World War with the United States – this Babylon we call America will be destroyed by surprise nuclear annihilation according to God’s will and Word.
The Bible says the destruction of Babylon will happen in a day, in an hour, in an instant, but it’s decline and ultimate demise were a long time coming through a history of violence, idolatry, and sexual immorality.
How terrible will this news be on the day of reckoning? Time and again the Bible says Babylon’s complete and total destruction will be very quick. It says multiple times in Revelation 18 that it will fall in one hour and in one hour all that it possesses will become nothing but fuel for the fire that consumes it. What kind of attack could destroy an entire kingdom in one hour besides a nuclear attack?
From Isaiah 13: “The Lord of hosts is mustering a host for battle. They come from a distant land, from the end of the heavens, the Lord and the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land. Wail, for the day of the Lord is near; as destruction from the Almighty it will come. Therefore all hands will be feeble, and every human heart will melt. They will be dismayed: pangs and agony will seize them; they will be in anguish like a woman in labor. They will look aghast at one another; their faces will be aflame.”
The end of the heavens is the uppermost atmosphere where the missiles will come from and the weapons of the Lord’s indignation are nuclear weapons.
For a catastrophe of this level, we must look at the scriptures and see if there is any that could be interpreted as nuclear war. We find such a thing in Revelation chapter 6 in verses 12-17: The sixth seal of the scroll of Revelation is about to be unsealed and John describes the event: “I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars fell to earth, as late figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. The sky receded like a scroll, rolling up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place. Then the kings of the Earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and every slave and every free man hid in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains. They called to the mountains and the rocks, ‘Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?”
If we look at Isaiah13’s prophecy against Babylon, we see similar language: starting with verse 9 we read, “See the day of the Lord is coming – a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger – to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it. The stars of heaven and their constellations will not show their light. The rising sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light…Therefore I will make the heavens tremble; and the earth will shake from its place at the wrath of the Lord Almighty, in the day of His burning anger.”
And again we read in Isaiah 21: “A dire vision has been shown to me…At this my body is racked with pain, pangs seize me, like those of a woman in labor; I am staggered by what I hear, I am bewildered by what I see. My heart falters, fear makes me tremble; the twilight I longed for has become a horror to me. They set the tables, they spread the rugs, they eat, they drink! Get up, you officers, oil the shields! This is what the Lord says to me: ‘Go post a lookout and have him report what he sees. And the lookout shouted, ‘Day after day, my lord, I stand on the watchtower; every night I stay at my post. Look, here comes a man in a chariot with a team of horses. And he gives back the answer: “Babylon has fallen, has fallen! All the images of its gods lie shattered on the ground!”’
As I just read:“…and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind.”
We know, in modern times, that stars are thousands of light years away from us and they are not going to fall to the Earth. They must represent something. Intercontinental ballistic missiles are equipped with multiple nuclear warheads. The missiles fly into the atmosphere over their targeting area and then break apart releasing their warheads which would each have their own target. These would appear as stars falling from the sky to the Earth as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind.
It also says: “The heavens receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.”
This is the effect of multiple nuclear bombs exploding. If you’ve seen the mushroom cloud of a nuclear explosion, the smoke rolls up into itself much like a scroll being rolled up. Every mountain and island being removed from their place is a result of a devastating nuclear attack that will trigger earthquakes and tidal waves.
What is the response to this event? “ Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and everyone else, both slave and free, hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains [this is the prescribed response to a nuclear attack – all the wealthy and the military brass will hide in their fortified bunkers from the nuclear attack]. They called to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can withstand it?” [When they know that nuclear war is taking place, they naturally think it’s the end of the world.]
How terrible will this destruction be and how far-reaching? We can read about the effects of Babylon’s destruction in Isaiah 24 and how it will be a global disaster: “See, the Lord is going to lay waste the Earth and devastate it; He will ruin its face and scatter its inhabitants. The Earth will be completely laid waste and totally plundered. The Lord has spoken this word. The Earth dries up and withers, the world languishes and withers, the exalted of the earth languish…earth’s inhabitants are burned up, and very few are left… The ruined city lies desolate. In the streets they cry out for wine, all joy turns to gloom, all happiness is banished from the earth. The city is left in ruins, its gate battered to pieces. Terror and pit and snare await you, O people of the Earth. Whoever flees at the sound of terror will fall into a pit; whoever climbs out of the pit will be caught in a snare. The floodgates of the heavens are opened, the foundations of the Earth shake. The Earth is broken up, the earth is split asunder, the earth is thoroughly shaken. The earth staggers like a drunken man, it sways like a hut; its transgression lies heavy upon it, and it falls.”
After Babylon is destroyed, it says, “And the kings of the earth, who committed sexual immorality and lived in luxury with her, will weep and wail over her when they see the smoke of her burning. They will stand far off, in fear of her torment”, then it says, “The merchants of these wares, who gained wealth from her, will stand far off, in fear of her torment, weeping and mourning aloud”, and finally, “all shipmasters and seafaring men, sailors and all whose trade is on the sea, stood far off and cried out as they saw the smoke of her burning”. They see Babylon burning but stand far off to watch rather than help save the source of their riches. They do this because they’re afraid of the radiation.
There is much more I could say about this matter, but I don’t have time. I challenge you to seek out the truth of the matter yourself.
There are many purposes to achieve by the declaration of this prophecy. A purpose for every person’s life, because every life on Earth will be changed forever on the day these things come to pass. But the most important part of this prophecy is this, that God be glorified. When these things come to pass, any who hear and live will know, as surely as God has declared this from the beginning, His word is true and faithful – and as sure as His word is true and faithful, so are all of His promises, including the most important promise: eternal life through His son Jesus Christ. If you don’t know Jesus Christ or you don’t have the ironclad, blood-bought certainty of salvation in Him, seek Him out now while he may still be found! Repent of your ways and your idols and look to Christ’s work on the cross for your salvation. If you are a believer, run the race of faith like you’ve never ran it before. Run like the clock is counting down and the finish line is just ahead of you! If you have anyone you want to witness to or share the faith with or invite to church, don’t waste time! If the Lord withholds destruction for another year, then rejoice. If He withholds destruction for two years, rejoice again. If He withholds destruction for five more years, then rejoice even more. Take time to think about how your relationship with God, family, and unbelievers would differ if you knew you had three or five years to live. Think about the lives and eternities you could change in those times and act on it.
The Lord is able to save unto the uttermost. Jesus told us to prepare for tribulation, but He also told us not to fear those who are able to destroy our bodies. There is an eternal dwelling place in the kingdom of God for those who turn to Christ for salvation and live a repentant life. I know this prophecy is doom and gloom because we live in the midst of a land condemned to destruction, and I have as much to lose as anyone in here, but keep your eyes on things above and not things below. Jesus said, “I am with you always, even until the end of the world. I will not fail you nor forsake you.” And remember that nothing, nothing, can separate us from His love.
